Support (Warranty, Exchanges, Returns)
Troubleshooting and Technical Support: All products come with lifetime troubleshooting and technical support. Please visit our FAQ section, and feel free to contact us at any time with questiosn or problems which may arise.
Warranty: Defective products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund if determined to be a manufacturing defect. Customer damage will not be refunded; shipping damage is domain of the shipping company. Any product outside of the 30 day return period, must be shipped to our factory for repair. The repair warranty is valid for 1 year from purchase date.
Returns / Exchanges: Unopened product may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for full refund minus 10 % restocking fee. Opened product is subject to inspection and 25% restocking fee.
Damaged product or missing box / accessories will be evaluated on a per-case basis. AEMP3 is not responsible for any shipping and handling charges related to refunds / exchanges.
